The floor was very dirty. My room key did not work the entire time I was there. We had to wait in the HOT hallway for so long every time waiting on someone to open the door because sometimes it would work but most times it would not, and they did not give us another room. The restaurant attached to the restaurant was amazing though. The location was great. But I would never stay there again.

Sheets were stained when we checked in, only received 2 towels had to ask for more. Definitely needs a deep cleaning - wouldn’t stay here again. Also ocean balcony view had obstruction if roof on 4th floor (only goes to 5 floors) and shared balcony wall with other floor. There was a very strange couch in between the two rooms on 4th floor and on two different occasions someone strange was sitting there.

Before booking this hotel please think because the hotel is very dirty. In the room itself or worse the floor is dirty. The bed is like the sheets were not changed after the previous guest, so think before going there. Do you want to live in the middle of dirt?

Room was good. Old building. Could use some updating. Tried using valet. That was a NO go. Everything has to be done through QR scan. It didn’t work and the front desk could not be of assistance so had to public park. Which was cheaper but sometimes full. The restaurant was delicious I had lasagna my husband had grilled chicken. Drinks were buy one get one. Live music. Towels and chairs available for the beach. Great location, Very easy to get around.

The marketing on this property with pictures makes the actual property look three times better than when I actually arrived, I was not pleased with not only the service but also the environment that revolved around the hotel, I was traveling with a kid and wife and no security to the way we get to our room. I left immediately and asked for a refund to which I had purchase a emergency cancellation in case my child needed immediate care. This is my 3rd time using Expedia and it will be my last after my final trip to California end of October.
