At first glance it seemed like a great place. After being there for about an hour everything changed. We couldn't leave any type of food or drink out in the house for longer then a minute without it being swarmed by ants. I Could not set my morning coffee down to even butter a peice of toast. When we went outside for the first time after unpacking we took a look around the backyard the pool was not clean there was at least two leaf bags full of leaves in the pool that we had to clean out ourselves. The pool itself barely had any water in it. The back of the pool where the waterfall that didnt work was supposed to be was completely caved in they had caution tape in a small area not even blocking it all off. They say it is safe for children to be there but until that is fixed it is not safe for children to be there. At one point I reached out to ask them how to activate the jets in the spa they responded by saying that they would look into it not even knowing how it was done they never got back to us telling us how to activate the Jets I believe they did not even work. There is one time when we left early in the morning for a Excursion that we had planned when we got back later in the afternoon the outside furniture was moved around and things put in a different place meaning that somebody gained access to the property without informing us. The pictures that they have are not updated pictures of the property. The outside furniture was not clean it was completely disgusting.
