    This cute studio is centrally located in the heart of Hallandale Beach. Walking distance to the beach, Publix, Win Dixie, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Ross, Burlington, and over 20 restaurants. . Inside of the studio, you will have. Kitchener, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels etc. Parking is free.

Great location, okay apartment.

The location is fantastic, close to great beaches and shopping. The unit itself is okay but the building and grounds are badly in need of updating and repair. However, the price is very reasonable so if you just need a place to sleep and don’t plan to spend much time in the unit, this fits the bill.

Looks better than it seems

To start, it was a bit of a struggle to get the key out of the key box (took an extra person to get it out) and once I got the key and went into the space, it looked decent but upon further investigation things weren’t as nice looking. The pillow cases and pillow covers looked stained and dirty and I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on them at all. The one big towel that was on the towel rod had hairs stuck within it and it also had some stains and looked dirty (didn’t feel comfortable using that either). The last thing which was the biggest issue is that the shower had no cold water it was just hot both ways when I turned the knob and it wasn’t even warm water it was HOT water and it made it very hard to take a shower and I know some people like hot showers but there should be no excuse why there was no cold water. I also had a wake up call at 3am to see that the ceiling above the shower was leaking in 2 places from the rain last night and I took a video as proof that’s just another thing that happened but overall unless significant changes are made, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Our stay at Fort Lauderdale

The property was listed as an apartment but was a renovated hotel room. Very clean with plenty of items you need for the beach. I didn’t get a response to a question about the hurricane that came through the day before, until the next day which made it hard to decide if we should even come down with so many being out of power and flooding in that area. I’m glad we still came but it would have been good to know that we would need to be able to translate the messages with our room info before we arrived in Florida. We had to look up each message sent by the property owner/manager.
