Step outside and you’re surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. - Brickell City Centre is just a short walk — designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. - Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. - Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building — a unique waterfront archeological site. - Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away (usually 10–15 minutes).
If you prefer to explore without driving, the Metromover is steps away — free, fast, and connects you to Downtown & the Arts District. Walk when you want. Ride when you need. Everything is close.
Other Things to Note: - Pool Access: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Friday–Sunday only (no weekday access).
- Façade Repairs: Starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Late Check-In Penalty: Check-ins before 11:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a $90 penalty due to limited on-site staff availability during those hours. This is not an early check-in upgrade, it applies only when arrival happens outside standard check-in window.
- Luggage Store: To make your arrival and departure easier, we offer preferred pricing with Bounce, a secure luggage storage service located just a 4-minute walk from the building, ideal for early arrivals or late departures. Note: Bounce does not operate 24/7 and has specific opening hours. Please keep this in mind when planning drop-off or pick-up. Drop your bags, go explore, no rushing.
- Pack & Play, High Chair & Rollaway Bed: Available upon request for an additional fee. These items are subject to availability and must be requested in advance to ensure we can prepare them before your arrival.
- Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). If you prefer to park yourself, the on-site self-parking garage has the following rates: 0–1 hour → $13 1–4 hours → $24 4–10 hours → $30 10–24 hours → $50 + tax You’ll pay directly at the garage — no reservation required.
