This memorable place is anything but ordinary. You're going to enjoy a different kind of Stay! This is a cozy house 2bedroom/1bathroom with a private entrance and parking for1 or 2 cars. Perfect for a small family of 4, couples, or solo travelers. You're also going to enjoy a private outdoor dining space/BBQ area fully equipped. Full office with a backyard window. Retro full kitchen with nostalgia appliances. We are located within 3.6 miles of the Desing District of Miami, and Midtown; 20 minutes to South Beach; 12 minutes from MIA International Airport.

We really enjoyed our stay in Miami at MiCasitAzul! We were impressed by how clean and spotless the place was… And they anticipated every need with thoughtful touches and gadgets around the house. We were also struck by how quiet it was inside. Even if there was noise on the street, you could not hear a thing. I wish my house was like that! If you’re coming to Miami, I highly suggest booking this home!

The property itself was excellent! All of the rooms were clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive to our messages via the Vrbo app. Parking was easy just outside the front door. The location could be off putting for some but we never had any issues with the neighbors during our stay. The house also has a solid construction and is well insulated from outside noise, although loud bass music could be heard some evenings. Quiet hours were respected by the neighbors which was appreciated! The main issue was with the drivers in the Gladeview neighborhood who on multiple occasions ignored traffic signals and stop signs leading to some close calls. I do also wish the cabinets were better stocked with more toilet paper and paper towels as we were running low on those items on the last days of our trip. Overall this is a great property if the location works for you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The home itself is very cute and well kept. The host was extremely responsive and quick to reply to any questions, which we really appreciated.The backyard is spacious and beautiful — such a nice area to relax and spend time outside.The only downside was that the neighbors played loud music at times. Other than that, everything about the house was great and we had a very pleasant stay.Thank you!

Great for the extended stay after surgery

The property was great for a place to stay for 3 weeks post surgery. It was close to the hospital. The neighborhood isn’t the nicest or cleanest but I didn’t feel unsafe. The host was very nice and easy to get in touch. I had an issue with the refrigerator and she got it fixed very quickly.

Fun In The Sun

PROS: Host thought of everything for a Miami vacation, including beach chairs, umbrella n toels, separate ofc space to work, private backyard area. Host very responsive to requests. Had to call her to come help with reconnecting TV to internet cuz it wasnt wrkg. She got it up n running in no time. There’s a washer/dryer unit and iron w board, even an exercise bike too. CONS: very seedy neighborhood. Our first night there was a street brawl on corner of 15th n 68th St. Always lots of loiters at that corner liquor store on nxt block. Homeless/transients foot traffic. Important to mention, even tho this was observed, we personally had no incidents with the neighbors. Recommend anyone who stays here to just be cautious…keep to yourselves and you should enjoy your stay here as we did. Overall, enjoyed our time in Miami. 😊

Nos quedamos en la casa para recuperarme de una cirugía y Todo muy arreglado pequeña pero con toda la comodidad muy limpia cómoda buen aire acondicionado olía rico la casa, faltó una licuadora y el vecindario un poco feo pero la casita espectacular Loida muy amable y siempre a disposición de cualquier pregunta. Honestly from start to finish it was awesome had two friend with me all slept comfortably the grill was amazing in the back overall the backyard was the best aspect of it. Maybe a tv in the dining room would be a nice addition but otherwise perfect stay!

Heerlijke plek, prima uitvalsbasis

De woning (en tuin!) is ontzettend schoon en precies als op de foto's. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig (geen vaatwasser, gezellig even afwassen). Twee slaapkamers met uitstekende tweepersoonsbedden zorgen in de rustige nachten (geen lawaai) voor een goede nachtrust. Slaapkamers voorzien van TV (woonkamer niet). Heerlijke douche. Bij aankomst een uitgebreid welkomstpakket met witte (in de koelkast), rode wijn, zonnebrillen, zonnebrand etc. Zelfs strandhanddoeken zijn aanwezig. Airco doet zijn werk goed en in elke kamer zijn plafondventilatoren. Heerlijk! De bbq in de tuin kan je ook echt gebruiken en werkt eenvoudig. Gezellig met lichtjes en tuinfakkels. Echt even ontspannen na een drukke dag in Miami. Communicatie met Loida was uitstekend. Snel antwoord op een eventuele vraag en inchecken heel eenvoudig via sleutelkastje. Wij hebben veel ubers gebruikt (12' vanaf Miami airport bij rustig verkeer), openbaar vervoer is minder aanwezig in de buurt. Uber werkt uitstekend en snel. De buurt is prima maar heeft niet veel restaurants/ winkels op loopafstand. Geen probleem, je bent toch veel onderweg (en neemt dan op de terugweg gelijk iets mee). Wij zijn nu 5 nachten geweest en zouden zeker opnieuw (en/of langer) boeken. Top ervaring!

Nice spot, great backyard!

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The backyard was awesome for morning coffee and evening dinners! We were in town for a fitness festival in downtown Miami so the location wasn't terrible. About a 12-15 minute drive to downtown and around 20-25 to South Beach. I wouldn't feel super safe walking/biking anywhere nearby. The neighborhood felt sketchy but nothing crazy happened. We uber'd everywhere so parking wasn't an issue for us but it appears that you'd have to street park which isn't great but it is what it is. All around a great stay for a good price!
