The room was very clean, location was perfect, and the staff were easy/simple.
They made my trip less stressful and they will work with you!
I will be returning if I plan to go back to Florida.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The localization is ok not far from a bus stop bus a lot of insecurity, the house is not well maintained, my room was small no outlets near the bed, I found 2 cockroach flying under the bed, the bed was clean, the wall and ceiling was in bad shape and the ac make a lot of noise. The kitchen was not so good but because of the people renting there, bathroom was ok. If you need to stay 1/2 nights before taking a flight it’s ok if more you should seek another
Other attendees were loud, playing music until 4am, I was not able to sleep, Ants crawled all over the walls and bed all night, Other attendees harassed me as well and took over the bathroom.
Terrible terrible terrible!! It was even a rat in the place we found!! If you are a tourist DO NOT STAY HERE!! it is also located in the Hood!! Horrible place! No real amenities, tight cornering place and again you are staying directly in the hood.
It should be noted that this is a hostile-styled situation. Each guest gets one of six rooms that all have passcode locks on the handles. Bathroom/Kitchen are shared amenities.
I rarely saw anyone during my 21 day stay. This is a “get what you pay for” situation. For me, a single, thirty-something with some traveling experience, I made myself at home pretty easily. However, would not suggest for families.
The staff was very quick to respond to messages during my stay, and made sure I was aware of any changes during my stay.
Whole house smelled very strange. Had obviously been cleaned, but comforter was mildewed and it and whole house smelled like…cheese? The odor hung in my luggage even after I left.
It is a multi-room situation, shared kitchen and shared bathroom, none of which is ever mentioned *explicitly*, in writing.
Probably not in a neighborhood where most restaurants deliver.
This is a house with five rooms, a kitchen and one bathroom that you share. My room had no light and the smell the overwhelming smell of air freshener that was so strong. It was all over my clothes when I came home it felt like the cross between a tide pod and Pine-Sol. I will never stay there again. I was ripped off.
