Overall, i was disappointed from the beginning. When i arrived to check-in. They did not have me in their system as a reservation so they didn't have a room for me. The front desk person had to call the host to see what they could do and they did find me a room. However, it was a horri le room with broken floor tiles all over the kitchen and bedroom area. The bathroom door was very difficult to close. The ehrire room and bathroom had a strong smell of mold. Tje floors were always wet from humidity even withbthe air conditioner. I asked the front desk if it would be possible to switch to a different room because of those reasons but he told me that o had to contact property manager because he could not do it and their system was down so he couldnt if he tried. There was no contact number except for the one provided by expedia but it started they would reply within 3 days and that is the same number of days i had booked for. So i had to keep the room that is not in a condition for someone to stay ina as the smell of mold alone is unhealthy. This is not whatvi was expecting from the marketing i saw in expedia when i made the reservation. I am very disappointed and if all the rooms are in that condition i do not recommend anyone to stay there. But i truelly believe that i was put in a spare room that isnt in use except for emergencies such as my not being in the system so they just threw me there to keep the business.
