I booked a balcony ocean front two queen size beds and when I got there, they said the room I booked was not available so I had to be put in a regular to queen room with no balcony and partial ocean view so I requested to get moved in the morning to the next available room I booked And when I got put in the room I booked, which was the balcony with the ocean view and queen beds the main light didn’t even work and there was no AC working so I went downstairs to complain and they sent maintenance to come fix it and they maintenance guy said I don’t know why they put you in this room. They knew the AC was not working or the light so I went downstairs again to complain and they gave me two fans because they had no other rooms available like the ones I bookedand I requested a refund and they only gave me $100 back refund KEEP IN MIND I STAYED FOR 5 nights and they also gave me complementary four sides of breakfast but when I went to go get breakfast, kitchen manager was really rude and said that I only could get one free item and I had to go back to the front desk to tell them to give me more cards when in the back. They had wrote 4x and on top of that the one managing the gym was racist because he told me I had to bring my own towel and I was the only Hispanic there, but he was giving the other light skinned people free towels and not telling them that they had to pay for the towel if they wanted one from the gym but just handing them out to them like nothing.

Für mich war das mit Abstand die schlechteste Hotelerfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe, und ich würde wirklich jedem davon abraten, hier zu buchen. Schon beim Check-in hatte ich den Eindruck, dass alles extrem langsam und unorganisiert läuft, und dieses Gefühl hat sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt gezogen. Anliegen wurden zwar aufgenommen, aber aus meiner Sicht nicht wirklich bearbeitet – ich musste mehrfach nachfragen und alles wieder von vorne erklären. Das Zimmer wirkte auf mich weder richtig sauber noch gepflegt, eher oberflächlich gereinigt, mit deutlich abgenutzten und alten Möbeln. Insgesamt hatte ich kein angenehmes oder hygienisches Gefühl. Am schlimmsten war für mich jedoch die Lautstärke: ein dauerhaftes, sehr lautes Geräusch (vermutlich Lüftung oder Klimaanlage), das selbst bei ausgeschaltetem System nicht verschwunden ist. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken, selbst mit Ohrstöpseln nur eingeschränkt. Ein Zimmerwechsel war zwar möglich, hat aber viel Zeit, Geduld und wiederholtes Nachfragen gekostet, und auch im neuen Zimmer war das Problem noch vorhanden. Das Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen ebenfalls klar verfehlt – sehr einfache Auswahl und aus meiner Sicht qualitativ schwach. Die Lage und der Pool sind zwar in Ordnung, konnten für mich die vielen negativen Punkte aber überhaupt nicht ausgleichen. Zusätzlich wurde vor Ort eine Kaution verlangt, die für mich im Vorfeld nicht klar ersichtlich war. Mein Fazit: Ich würde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen

Everything was terrible, just the view was okay—everything else was awful. They wouldn't refund my money because of the wrong dates, so I had to pay double for the hot water. The reception was terrible. It was my first time using Expedia, and I wasn't happy with it.

I arrived around 4pm for check in and my room was ready and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Throughout my 4 day stay in the south tower, only one elevator was working which results into long wait time just to get to my room. On day one i went to get the complimentary breakfast, to my surprised it was just bread, cereal, coffee and other miscellaneous item. I only took a cup of coffee and was so bad tossed it out and went to Starbucks. On the plus side, they have a nice gym. The pool seems very popular and the beach is a short walk away.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Rooms are out dated and disgusting. Bugs everywhere. Holes in the doors and walls and ceilings, paint chipping everywhere. Elevator about to break. And their breakfast consists of cereal, cheese slices, tuna salad and white bread. They are also thieves. Do not waste your time or your money here. Run away.
