The room was beautiful. The property was very lovely. The view was amazing. We really enjoyed the pool and very large hot tub but wished it was open every day (they're doing construction on the buildings around the pool so it was only open for half of our stay). The directions for getting into the room were different than what was posted on VRBO and communications leading up to check in time were inconsistent but a very nice woman met us at check in time and it went smoothly from there. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable but we recommend inquiring if the bed was fixed before renting (missing screws to the legs of the bed). The location couldn't have been better. Overall we had a very nice stay.

False Advertisement on the Hotel

The photo shows ANOTHER HOTEL that’s presented as the hotel you’re suppose to lodge in…which happens to be hotel across the street. The WI-FI doesn’t work…found that out the first night I was there…so my data was used the ENTIRE 3 nights which also meant I couldn’t watch TV. I was told to reset the WI-FI box in the closet and I sent a text asking could someone be sent up to fix it…I’m still waiting on a response. I returned home 2 days ago…that’s a total of 5 days now…DAMN!! Bathroom walls were dirty and dingy and weren’t wiped clean. I had to buy my own towels, tissue, and paper towels. False Advertisement!!! The hotel that’s being presented is the Hyatt not W Miami!! Run!!

Great property & location. But communication with property managers was not smooth at all. Documentation being requested to provide details of how to get in should have been outlined ahead of time instead of hours before the check-in when you can easily miss the communication while travelling. Cheaper parking is also available around the building. The building itself has some of the highest parking prices around.

Check-in was pretty complicated. It wasn't explained that the host has to be contacted before to be able to check in. After a 11h flight we just would have arrive but this check-in process was so complicated.Clean

This was a great spot for two people! The rooftop infinity pool and restaurants on site were a nice additions. Highly recommend.

Beware -Do not Book

My stay was not the best, it started from the beginning when I could not contact the host before I even arrived in Miami. You meet with someone at the front desk Gladys which was not mentioned. The check in process was a headache and the host only called the Icon never talked to me or Gladys. That night I came back I could not get in my room because unbeknownst to me the keypad was dead. I called the host over 20 times of course he didn’t answer. The front desk told me to call a locksmith who didn’t show up until 4am. I had to pay 150 to him. In the morning the host said he would send someone to bring batteries, he did not. I had to walk a half a mile to the CVS to buy batteries. He did not ever answer his phone the whole duration of the stay, only messaged through the app and barely communicated through there. I am very disappointed. Do not stay here! You’ve been warned.

Listed as one bedroom. It's a studio with a pull down murphy bed. Furniture is old and needs to be replaced.

Check-In & Parking

The property was great! Beautiful with amazing pool and convenient to area events and restaurants. The communication and check in was very confusing and slow. Taking more than 30 minutes. Host had to be contacted via app but responded quickly. Parking fees were $50 a night and that is not noted in the property details. There is 8$ nightly parking around the corner. The building is price gouging for parking.

Worth a Rebook

Other than the elevators being slow and constantly backed up with people waiting, the overall rating would have been 5 stars. The property itself is amazing and beautiful. Friendly staff.

Husband in the hospital

Wanted something not far from Jackson Memorial Hospital. Location was good, could walk to get food & shop. Fitness center nice. Communication with on site person was great. The property manager was ok. Parking situation was unclear, I thought it was included. But the parking staff was great at the location.
