I really enjoyed staying at this location. It has everything a tourist would need. It’s very close to the beach and easy access to some nice restaurants. Public transportation is also easily accessible. The unit is very clean and cozy. The air conditioning in the unit works like a charm and as soon as I walked in, the house felt very refreshing. I definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at SoBe Suites 727! Everything went smoothly, and we had no issues throughout our visit. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Miami!

My first night to check in I was left outside property manager didn’t send code after I payed and filled out the forms that I was told to fill out still wasn’t sent the code until hours later I set outside the resident for a hour trying to get in contact with the property manager for the code didn’t like that the staff didn’t make sure you had clean towels and rags everyday I asked multiple times for it and never gotten it the air conditioning didn’t work had to pay to wash and dry your clothes first then then they make you check out at 11am the day you supposed it’s not a hotel instead of letting you leave whatever time you need to your check out day they don’t care if your flight is a later time they will kick you out and make you figure it out they don’t have parking for they customers you have to park on the street and pay every time you move your car worst place I ever stayed
