Birthday trip

The rental was spacious, only had one small couch (two in images) was not enough seating for 4-5 people.Was not clean in places, hair evident around kitchen table/floor, possibly bird poop on kitchen curtains- or some other stain. Bathroom shower needed a wipedown Requested late check out (noon) which was confirmed via text. Cleaning crew arrived at 8:30 am when told checkout was noon- they came back twice before that -banging on door. Odd since normal check out is 10:00 am
