River outlook

The property has fantastic views of the rivers and is very well located, walking distance to the mall, riverfront, and great restaurants. The constant traffic on the river is a sight in itself. One thing to note is that the noise of it goes straight up in between all these buildings, and windows definitely need to be closed at night. For us it was a new experience to be in the heart of Miami and we really enjoyed it. The unit is a little older inside than it looks from the pics. Everything worked in the kitchen and laundry. We would (hopefully will) stay here again.

FABULOUS VIEWS, CONDO & LOCATION!!!

The condo, views and location exceeded our expectations!! We absolutely loved the views of the Miami River, Biscayne Bay, downtown Miami and the yachts coming through all day and evening! If you love to cook (which my husband does), the high end appliances and full kitchen are a bonus! We never got in our car! We left it parked with valet at the hotel & they were wonderful! We walked everywhere, and absolutely loved Brickell! Super convenient to walk to Whole Foods/restaurants and city center! The free metro is super convenient to take around Brickell and the bus $2.25 a person is so easy to take over the bridge to Miami Beach. We took the bus several days, other days took Uber, and then would spend the afternoon having lunch on Ocean BLVD and hanging out on South Beach! We felt super safe walking everywhere! It was the PERFECT vacation! We are already looking to book again in the next month or so!!

Great place to stay, had everything we needed, great views and walking areas!

We had to come over for my son's hospital surgery. It was 8 minutes away from the downtown universities, and at the busiest times maybe 15minutes. The apartment was a great location, walking distance to whole foods and shops too. Great walking areas around the bay area, signed and lite as well. Only issues is parking if you have a car, you have to valet - but the valet team were the nicest people and so caring and helpful. (Staying longer you can get a permit) The apartment had everything we needed, great internet, washing maching and dryer, super kitchen and great bath tub! Felt very safe and loved the views of downtown Miami. Highly recommend.
