Excellent renovation. Two minutes from the beach parking in front. Helpful staff you could also park at Publix 10 minutes away $20 overnight. Awesome.

I had a great stay at Harrison by Renzi on the Beach. The place is very nice and cozy, and the location is perfect, just steps from the ocean and close to plenty of restaurants. Rania was especially helpful during my stay. She was very friendly and even let me borrow her phone charger, which I really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely come back.

The hotel and the stuff was great. It was just the parking that they don’t provide. You have to wait until late so you can find a spot right at the hotel. Otherwise you will have to pay a different parking lot.

I had a great stay at Harrison Hotel. The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, from the beach to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, which made getting around super easy and convenient. The service really stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They were also very flexible and accommodating, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of South Beach with excellent service and a prime location

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. However, rooms need some fixing. Also missing some basic things like hooks, cups, toilet paper holder. Didn’t have hot water so had to take cold showers. Good thing is it is less than 3 blocks from the beach.

Great location—just a block from the beach and a few blocks from Ocean Drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel seems to still be under renovation. We had to switch rooms due to a broken AC, and the new room had multiple issues: dust, inconsistent AC, broken safe and mini fridge, no closet, and even nails on the floor. The bathroom looked unfinished as well. On our last day, we were also without power for about four hours. Overall, while the staff was great, the property does not feel ready for guests and needs significant cleaning and completion of renovations.

Hair on bedding, broken tiles, princess crown left in the bathroom. No one answered the phones while trying to call nor did they respond to my email. Expedia was not helpful in contacting them either. Great Loaction. Room location is was not great as there was a platform outside our winder that was being used as a sitting spot. We had to keep out curtains closed so no one would look in.

The location is fantastic. They are renovating there is a lot that is not working. For example we did not have power in our room for over four hours. The toilets were clogged. The AC did not work. The fan did not work. The little fridge in our room did not work. Safe was not working. There was nails and pieces of sheet rock everywhere there’s not a person at the front desk 24 seven they only give you two towels per room I do see a lot of potential I think when it’s fully renovated, it will be a great place to stay. I honestly don’t think this place should be renting any rooms in this condition. I don’t see how they cost inspection.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. rooms have bugs on the sheets and in the pillow case. They had no wash cloths we had to go to Walgreens to buy. Shower clogs up and leaves weird things floating in the water to the point you don't even want to shower. Thank God I was only there for 2 nights. We switched rooms after the bugs but the shower in the new room still clogged it was gross. 2nd room the ac did not work. This hotel has a bunch of random people staying there almost like it's a shelter and only one person at the front desk who often leaves the desk so u may call but get no answer or need help and no one is there. The location is good but Def not worth it.
