Spacious home away from home

Our family needed a place to stay to visit family in Miami for an important family event. The home was comfortable, room for us all, easy parking, easy check in and out. Recommend!

We arrived early to check what we might need from the store and were asked to come back at check in time, however the property was not ready at all and reeked of chemicals. I asked that they open the window which was not done. n fact there aren’t many screens and the one in the kitchen is broken. We were let in ? Really rude cleaning staff) an hour late. The entire property is functional but run down. Badly needs paint. Baseboards are dirty, tub enamel and furniture is chipped. Outdoor furniture has no cushions so unusable, and as for the “welcome kit” there was no laundry soap. Not even a pod. The a/c is very loud especially by the only king sized bed ( which has the worst mattress) which is in the small room in front as opposed to the back bedroom which has an en suite. The hair dryer only blows cold air and had a nozzle that doesn’t fit. The closets only have shelves with no place to hang anything but a short dress.There are posters like it’s a motel about plumbing etc. a broken fooz ball table, etc.

Great house!

The tenting process was easy. Maribel was very responsive. We arrived into town early and were allowed to check in about an hour early. The only we issue had was cable/internet was out when we arrived and was unable to be fixed but we had good cell reception and didn’t really spend a lot of time in the house anyway. The house itself was clean and has been updated. The beds all had good mattresses and there were plenty of utensils in the kitchen. We really liked the private back patio.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

My family and I were in Florida on a solemn occasion (no choice but to come even with the COVID-19 pandemic. Thankfully, we are all healthy during and after the trip.) but staying in the house was like being in a home away from home. We had 6 of us in the house and it was very comfortable. If we have the occasion to be in Miami again, I would definitely stay here again.
