I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Miami. The property was clean, spacious, and overall felt very comfortable. I also felt pretty safe during my stay, which is always important when traveling. The rooms had plenty of space, and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good place to stay while visiting Miami. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

The room itself was OK but when we got there, we had a walk to another area of Miami to get to our hotel. It was hard to communicate with the Housekeeping staff because I didn’t speak their language. But they did the best they could. They were great. Parking was difficult to get. Me personally I wouldn’t stay there again.

Loved the hotel, but the parking not so much lol. We had to park blocks away and walk to our rooms. I got the suite and it was very big and comfortable! It felt like a little apartment! The AC in the living room didn't work to well, but the bedroom one was ice cold like I like it! But I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Miami

Was no rags or hand towels in the rooms. Front desk was locked and attendant was not pleasant. When we arrived we paid to park not knowing we had to go to a different location so got to pay to park in a lot we had to leave. Room did not have accessible parking without walking a 1/2 mile and parking areas over there have a 3 hour max stay so constantly had to extend time. Little to no restaurants at that location if you stay be sure they put you in the main building the remote building is not favorable if you want access to food without walking a long distance. Rooms were nice but that was it will not stay there again this is the second time we stay was in the main building the first time was great but unaware of multiple buildings beware.
