“Staff was super helpful and friendly. Best we’ve ever encountered. Our assigned concierge, Kelly, was an absolute gem. Give that woman a raise! She took great care of us. Beach is gorgeous. Food is generally good. Not great, but good and plenty of variety. Need more palapas on the northern end of the beach. ”

“The room was very nice and clean. The splash pool was awesome. A lot to do here. I will say the only little down fall was that I was not a fan of the Buffet it was just ok. But the restaurants were good. ”

“The waterpark and food was fantastic. The rooms weren’t great. Lumpy pillows and no control over the thermostat so we were either too cold or too warm. The resort was really tailored to kids and they had an awesome time. ”
