“Liked the location, hot tub was great.Walked to the zoo.”

“We stayed in the Troll's Den with our family of 4 and it was just perfect. Easy checkin and good amenities. The property manager communicated everything that we needed to know and got us wristbands for the amenities, including paddle boats and playground. It was less than a mile walk to the beach. Lake Michigan was cold because we were there in May, so it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Overall a great trip. The kids keep asking when we can go back.”

“The property was recently remodeled, very nicely done, convenient to the beach, house was well equipped with all the details!”

“We really enjoyed the property. Even though the house is dated, there are a lot of little perks: beautiful view, extra drinking water, coffee, snacks, and clean white linens. The walk to the beach is a little more strenuous than expected. I would visit here again! ”

“I wish I could give more stars. This is probably the most comfortable house I've ever rented over the years. Nicely decorated with simple but good taste. Conveniently organized, well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed including the Keurig coffee maker. My daughter rented this house last year and was in the house next door with her family this time. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. ”

“This home is lived-in and practical enough that we felt comfortable bringing our very toddler-like toddler, but with new touches of luxury where it really counts, like the bathroom and kitchen appliances. It was a really cute touch that s'mores materials were provided. Very minimal effort to baby-proof (moving some decorations onto higher shelves), Pack n' Play provided was clean and new, and the property felt safe and secure. “Had a great time at this cottage. Convenient location in between Michigan City and Chesterton. Plenty of space and large fenced in back yard. Right on W. Dunes Highway, so super easy to get anywhere. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook our own meals and 3 different areas for people to watch tv. Never felt like we were on top of each other, Had a great holiday weekend stay!”

“The wooded neighborhood was lovely. Deer strolled right through the yard. We very much enjoyed the screened porch for playing games and the firepit area. Well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the little extra touches like cookies and coffee.”
