"There was no hot water for a shower. The TV remote did not work and it took 30 minutes with someone in my room to get it to work. The door between the room looked like someone tried to break thru. First and last stay. "

"If I could leave zero stars, I would. My wife and I stayed here for four nights. On the first night, we found blood on our wall. We went to the front desk who offered to clean it, but we said that we would do it ourselves. On the second night, we found ants by the microwave and coffee machine, just a bunch of little baby ants, crawling all on the walls. At this point, we asked to switch rooms. They switched our room for the third night and that next morning my wife found a baby roach in the bathroom. At this point we were too fed up with everything to complain AGAIN. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express’ that were very nice and clean so I was very surprised at this. We did speak to the manager who gave us some IHG points for our troubles which we appreciate but overall our experience was not what we hoped for. The area/location is very nice though with lots of restaurants nearby, that was the best part of this stay."

"Staff was not welcoming at all and hotel had a bad smell in the hallways. Room was clean but very updated and not just the room the hotel needs a makeover "

"The condition of the property is really poor faucets are missing stoppers faucet in a tab are not working properly broken sinks keys not working properly to open the door. I had to travel three times to the front desk to reprogram keys over two days. lady that serves the breakfast brings two yogurts by hand when they’re 15 people in the lobby. Why not fill the refrigerator with yogurt? It’s like she’s afraid people will eat it. There is no coffee and there is no hot tea available and there is no coffee maker in the rooms."

"Definitely outdated! For this to be a Hilton property and the location that it’s in, I was expecting better. The room I was in wasn’t the best. The bathroom was small, there was no refrigerator and the walls were thin. I was very disappointed. "
