"Location was great overall property needs some work. The water was very minimally smelling almost to the point where you didn't want to take the shower. The shower drain filled up and didn't drain properly so you were standing in dirty water the whole time showering. The kitchen sink drain p-trap was not properly secured and started leaking how to put a bucket under it so not to flood the place out while washing dishes by hand."

I feel that it is a bit misleading in the listing as you do not realize the unit is truly squeezed in between full time residential apartments.. However the location across the street from the beach and the vicinity to Rt. 9 cant be beat for sightseeing in the area.
