「Beautiful, cosy 14th century inn with rooms. Picture postcard perfect and in a great location for walks and a short drive to Tisbury High Street. Food in the pub was excellent as was choice of drinks. Plenty of car parking right opposite」

「We had a large clean room over looking the river. The bed was extra large and comfortable. The room has a good size en suite. Sleeping with the window open and hearing the water is very soothing. It's a nice walk into town along the town path. There is limited parking but it's free. Breakfast was very substantial and freshly cooked to order. The restaurant manager was very helpful and friendly. We plan to stay again soon. 」

「Although only booked for one night, but I had a very good experience.The staff are very helpful, the location is convenience that is close to town and just next to Cathedral. I love the fact that the hotel is a historical building and preserved so well from the inside and outside. Highly recommend to stay there while you visit Stonehenge, Old Sarum & Saisbury Cathedral.」

「We had a great stay here. The room was quiet and spacious, with plenty of storage plus a table and 2 bucket chairs as well as a dressing table and chair. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was bright with a good sized shower including a rainfall as well as a shower hose. The breakfast was also excellent. The staff were helpful too.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely put together. The location is very about a 15 minute walk from the train station and is located in the heart of the city. 」

「Great dog friendly room and pub to visit. We only stayed one night - it was a nice location from the new forest. Dinner was delicious, my partner said it was perhaps the best pie he’s ever had, and the included breakfast was well worth it. Only suggested improvement could be a new carpet for the room, but this is always tricky for a dog friendly room. 」

「This hotel is very cute and exactly what we needed. We had rooms on the top floor that were quite comfortable. I will say if you have problems with stairs. Or a lot of luggage, ask for a room in the lower floor. Lugging our bags up the three+flights of narrow stairs was a bit of a strain. 」
