"Took nearly 40 minutes to be checked in. We paid $1,500 for 3 rooms for 2 nights. Front desk woman kept trying to explain fees and such. The woman came off like she was wanting us to pay even more than the absurd amount we already paid. Kept saying “I don’t know how much you paid because you booked with Expedia.” Claiming complete ignorance to how much we spent. At the end of check-in we did not feel comfortable having this hotel access to our credit cards. We kept having to explain over and over this 40 minute check in time that we did not want to pay more than we already had. My mother had purchased my sister jewelry as a graduation gift. Someone took the box -not the jewelry- out of the room without permission. Did not clean and it was the only thing missing. We addressed this with staff and another front desk woman told my mother that she had packed the box and basically said it wasn’t missing. This was infuriating because we were essentially being called liars. The rooms were clean. But the staff were slow, rude, and argumentative. Military families do not stay here."

"When I checked in there were dirty, used, stained bedding with hairs and makeup on sheets. I asked to have them changed and front desk said the housekeeping were notified and would be changing them. 2nd night same sheets on the bed, dirty unsanitary sheets still on the bed. I notified front desk again and that was the only thing I got sorry."
