Property is in need of updates in rooms in regards to beds, and bathroom condition. Also the window in our room was cracked. Lobby area was nice and bright, always clean. Clerks were very cordial and helpful.

I did not sleep in my bed, just on top of the comforter. My sheets were pilled and covered in stains and multiple hairs the pillows had hairs under pillowcases. The towels were so worn the edges were gone or ripped. None of the linens (bed or towels) felt clean. The woman who check me is was extremely rude, was on the phone cursing at someone barely acknowledging me.

Tv didn't work, one half of the curtains was broken, so light came in at night and in the morning, and bathroom door wouldn't latch so it wouldn't close. For an overnight stay is fine, but if you are with family and spending some time at the hotel it would of make a difference.

Wonderful Staff, Dirty Hotel
First I want to say how pleasant, helpful and kind the staff was. I think it's important they are acknowledged. However, the hotel was very dirty. Elevator was filthy. There was black mold on the walls in the bathroom. Looks like there must have been a major leak in the bathroom above and the patch job was not very good. Sheets were dingy and very warn. We have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was in such good condition.

Late night company meeting and early on a Friday/Saturday morning. They were loud. My room was next to elevator and ice machine and meeting room, it was here and there the noise level. Room Above made some slamming noises that shook my room a few times. I called front desk and told her it happened a few times and she said if it keeps happening call her back smh okay. But breakfast ok, coffee good. Clean and they were painting, updating.” Seemed like. Nice property overall. Love location. Would stay again.

We travel back and forth from Midwest to SW and only stay in LaQuinta’s. Beautiful job on exterior and interior. My room was perfect for the exception of the bathroom. That’s where they stopped the update. It is not the walk in shower like the other locations. Thus bathroom is useable and ok. Ty is certainly needs to be gutted and updated to match the decor of the building. If you would ask if I would stay again…the answer is YES.

Meeting room for a vocal rehearsal
I asked to use the meeting room for two hours the day I arrived and one hour the next day. I was told it was going to be a total of $50. When I went down so they could open the meeting room, all of a sudden the price changed to 75. That was not cool.

Check in was smooth and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and well tended. Staff was attentive, they made a note that we used a cart to get our luggage to the room and when we were ready to leave a cart was waiting outside our room for us to use.

It was a business stay, but they would not accept my credit card that I have used at numerous hotels during my trip just flat out not even trying to swipe it. Embarrassing, time consuming and unwarranted.

Overall, my experience was good. Check-in was efficient. Room was nice and spacious. I could hear doors (from other rooms) slamming shut. I could also hear my neighbor’s conversation through the closed and locked adjoining room door. But other than that, very quiet. I would stay there again.

It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had staying in Midland Texas. The room was dirty and the restroom was grimy behind the door. When attempted to shower the night of check in, there was no hot water. We let the water run to see if it would get hot eventually. The next morning, we needed to get ready for the day and again no hot water. The front desk girl had changed shift that night and there was another girl there. I approached her to let her know there was no hot water in the room. She types a few things on the computer and then gets two keys without saying anything while I’m standing there. No apologies for the inconvenience or any customer service skills. She gets the keys and puts them on the small counter. I look at her and look at the keys and politely ask her what they keys are for. She is very rude and very short, and says you want hot water right? In my head I’m quite understanding because she just gave me new set of keys. So, I questioned her and wondered how or what was supposed to happen. So she says, I don’t have a maintenance guy. If you want hot water you can go check in this room.. (still being very rude and very short) So I ask her, what if there’s no hot water there? Well then you can do whatever you want. I asked her if I would we have to fulfill the days we booked if we weren’t satisfied. She didn’t respond. I walked away so distraught with her behavior and poor communication skills. This employee did not care about the customer.
