「I was not able to use one of the rooms and they still charged me for it, even though nobody was sleeping in the room until the next day. Also, they have not given me my deposits back for both rooms, which is $200, it's a shame I have to go through all this just to get my money back and didn't even use one room. But I am still waiting」
