“The host and welcome gifts were above & beyond our expectations. Very kind & attentive. We have been renting places for 20 years for our family Christmas gathering. This house was our favorite so far. It was extremely clean, well organized and had all the amenities to make our stay perfect. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and they all have night stands on both sides of the bed with charging ports. And lots of drawer & closet space. Eric has been so kind, gracious, flexible and accommodating. The condo was exactly what we expected (again, I am very picky!). “We booked the stay a month out. Received no communication form the host at all. 3 days before our stay, i requested chckin information. The response was that they send out information 1-2 days before the stay and an ealy checkin was unlikely. We received no information. On the day of arrival into salt lake city airport, I reached out for an update and received none. So decided to head directly to the marriott to see if they could help.
