Lovely accomdations; confusing logistics

No advance info on logistics of access except code for entry so confusioning about where to go,where to park etc. Inconvience in discovering that because I had an "owners unit" which I didn't know could t sign for services without special arrangements- which is fine but needed to know. Also Utah liquer laws are most annoying. Really, I'm 74 and don't meet someone monitoring my liquer intake. Overall, however the room was lovely and the bed most comfortable.

Villa 1027 at Zermatt

Our stay at Zermatt Resort was good... we finally got the jetted tub to work. I looked back at my booking on June 26, 2019. I paid extra to get a 1 King Bed Room, Full Kitchen, Balcony with Mtn. View. The patio with this room (1027) was less than desirable. We did not even attempt to sit outside with the filthy table and chairs overlooking the ground level dark alley way... The unit itself was set up nicely and enjoyable to stay in. However, the AC was hardly felt at night in the bedroom. Spent most of the night in the cooler front room. On Saturday night I looked up from the outside at the Villa we were originally assigned to with the balcony (2045) and lights were on. Did this unit get rented out and we got bumped out to the "Handi-Capped" accessible room (1057)??? Not sure that we will be staying at the Zermatt again. -thnx-
