Although the apartment and studio are not internally connected, their proximity allows an intimate and practical distribution to rest with the whole family.



Both accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen with complete utensils, a bathroom with a shower tray and washing machine, as well as air conditioning with a heat pump for a pleasant environment. In the living-dining room of each, you can enjoy a Smart TV for your entertainment. The studio has a cosy double bed, while the apartment offers two spacious bedrooms with double beds and large windows that provide clear sea views, bringing light and a relaxing atmosphere.



Moreover, the 25 m² terrace of the apartment is an ideal space to live unique moments with family, both at dawn and at dusk, delighting in the views of the sea and the garden. The parking is open air in the same building, but it is not assigned, so in high season it may be necessary to look for a space when arriving or leaving. The community has rules and schedules for the use of facilities that must be respected for harmonious coexistence.
