Outside, you will have a spacious garden with access to three communal swimming pools where you can sunbathe or enjoy a good book in the shade of the trees (although there are no sunbeds or outdoor furniture in the common areas). In addition, it has a private landscaped area with a charcoal barbecue and direct access to the garden and the nearest pool. There is also a bathroom with shower tray on this floor for greater convenience. 🍽️❄️



On the upper floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms with centralised air conditioning offer a cosy space for rest. One has a double bed, access to an outdoor terrace and a wardrobe, while the other has two single beds and also a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower tray serves this floor. The modern and practical decoration ensures a comfortable stay for everyone. 🛏️🌬️



Moreover, the property offers amenities such as washing machine, dryer, central heating, two televisions and wifi internet access so that you lack nothing during your stay.
