Terrible. Not enough room to add further comments.

On arrival we pointed out that there was no aircon in the living area and that the aircon in the bedrooms were not working. We were advised that we would be provided a fan the next day. I had to chase this up and 2 days later a fan was provided and the aircon in one bedroom was put on. I also asked for a spare set of keys but was questioned why I needed a spare set. I explained that given that there were 4 people in the party it was restricting to leave the property given the gates and doors to leave the complex. Second bedroom had an ants infestation.The kitchen lacked basic cooking equipment. The apartment was in need of some serious updating and it was very clear there has been no money spent on it in a number of years. The electric sockets were hazardous and would spark when inserting plugs. The aircon in the bedroom stopped working completely 4 days before the end of our holiday. I called for someone to come out to repair but was asked to send whattsapp pictures of the aircon remote and asked if I had checked fuses and batteries which I had. I was told someone would come out the next day but would not confirm when. I called the next day but was told no one was able to come out. The next day a cleaner arrived to look at the aircon instead of an engineer. No aircon for the remainder of the holiday. I appreciate that it is not the most luxurious of properties advertised but it was awful. I have spent less on far more superior apartments. This place should not be advertised.

Estancia S. Santa. apartamento Lubina Mijas

El piso necesita un poquito de mantenimiento, ya comunicamos diversos desperfectos que se podían corregir facilmente. La ubicaciòn fenomenal, aunque en el anuncio no se especifica la cercanìa de la autopista Pero nuestra estancia ha sido satisfactoria y si repetiriamos.
