This stylish, luxury new build, 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the complex of Jardines Las Lagunas The complex is located in a residential area close to lots of amenities including restaurants, bars and shops. It is situated close to the town of Fuengirola. The apartment offers secure underground garage parking and a communal swimming pool as well as a fully equipped gym. The apartment offers AC units in the lounge and bedrooms and free WIFIThe apartment has a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area furnished in a contemporary style with a dining table and chairs and a sofa. The lounge opens up on to a covered terrace with a dining and lounge set. The fully equipped kitchen is both bright and spacious.The master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and enjoys an en suite bathroom with an elegant walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and has use of the separate guest shower room with walk-in shower cubicle. Overall a very unfortunate stay for the rental agency.Starting with confirming a booking for 16 days and then shortly before arrival announcing that the apartment is only available for 11 days - really poor customer service.The air conditioning breaks down during the stay so that it does not work for 7 out of 11 days. This is not good in the month of July...The company's compensation for this very significant deterioration of the apartment was ridiculously small.We cannot recommend VRBO as a rental agent.
