"Compared to a couple of other motels, we have previously stayed in in that neighborhood, Microtel had Better beds and breakfast. Pillows and linens were excellent, breakfast included an omelette maker with all the fixings. Our double room actually had two TVs and a large mini fridge."

"This is the second time we’ve booked this place. We couldn’t be happier. It’s so perfect for our family of six. Fishing off of the dock is very fruitful. We had a delicious bass dinner the first night. The yard is a good size and well maintained. The home is cozy with plenty of games and entertainment. We really enjoy sitting and putting puzzles together here—it’s quite fitting. Not that I want this place so booked that we can’t get time, but you don’t want to miss out in this place. It’s a home away from home."

"Traveled here for a memorial service. I think this is a newer hotel, and the building appears clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The only real shortcoming was the breakfast. I wasn't impressed with either the omelets or scrambled eggs. And of the 3 cereal offerings, two were kid's cereals (Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes both of which I liked when I was a kid!) But very few children were here. And the third choice was Special K (yecch). Maybe substitute Raisin Bran or Cheerios for one of the kid's cereals. Just my personal preference, others might disagree. A bit pricey, especially on Friday night. But overall, I was happy with my stay and would stay here again."

"Holiday Inn Express was full on Saturday, so moved here for my last night. Older building but appeared to be well maintained. Sort of a strange floor plan, and no elevator. But only two floors, so no issue. Very quiet, and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the staff at the desk were friendly. Would stay here again."

"The room and hotel were clean, the pool and sauna not quite as much, but I did use both. The sauna controls were not easy to use but I managed. Fridge in the room but no microwave. For the price one should be included. The Location is good, close to the small business area and the beach."
