“Wonderful property. House is well stocked and very clean. The only drawback was there was a great deal of duckweed and issue with algae in the bay area. Not this property's issue but would put out a smell at times outside which was a bit of a bummer as the yard, back deck and dock was amazing!!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Erica and this property! It was exactly as described, incredibly clean, and had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed (and didn’t know we needed). Erica was incredibly responsive and was an excellent host!It was myself, husband, our two boys (21 and 13) and my parents. There was plenty of room for everyone. We historically stayed at one of the lake resorts, but found we had outgrew the space. We all had a fantastic time and there was plenty of room for all to have……

“Easy check-in and lovely, pristine cabin that smells like cedar. New, well-equipped and comfortable with great views on a quiet lake. We really enjoyed using the canoe and kayaks, as well as the flat top grill,fire pit and ping-pong table. Very nice kitchen with big island. Reliable internet.Easy short drive to Hayward and Spooner. Highly recommended!”

“The cottage location was beautiful with lake access for our kayaks. The hosts were timely with responses & accommodating check-in/check-out. The cottage had all the amenities we needed for the week. Water pressure was low for showers but is to be expected for a summer lake cottage. Was a lovely week away & would stay again!!”

“We had a wonderful girls weekend at this cozy lake cabin. The cabin was spotless on arrival and the owners have thoughtfully equipped it with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. There are lovely gathering places inside & outside. Location is also a bonus. We enjoyed shopping in Shell Lake and Spooner, Perlick distillery, Hunt Hill Nature Center & pizza from Lake View Bar & Grill! We would definitely return. ”

“Stayed here for an anniversary vacation, and enjoyed every minute. Home was clean, inviting and comfortable. Deck overlooking the water was a favorite place to sit. Hill to the dock was a little steeper than I thought from photos, but we made do. Fish cleaning station is a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful shower with great water pressure.(We all know we've stayed in places that was not the case.) Would highly recommend.”

“This cabin was exactly as expected from the listing. It is clean, even being located ON the beach the floors looked brand new. It turned out we overpacked - almost everything we needed was available to us there, making our stay comfortable and easy. The lake is beautiful and great for swimming. It is pretty shallow near the beach so my kids had a ton of space to play safely. We will return!”
