「We only stayed at the property for one night, less than 12hrs total. We arrived very late 」

「Note, there are porch steps and then a full indoor staircase to get up to where you're staying, which is on the 2nd floor.Good to know:-Hotplate with pots and a toaster are in the cabinet-The fridge keeps things super cold and quickly, which is awesome-There is a filtered water dispenser inside the fridge (think Britta)-Retractable gate at the top of the steps-They are p-touch happy people, which is awesome, because you don't spend time wondering how to work something-Each bedroom is private...

「Rented for Oberlin College graduation weekend. Great communication and check in from friendly and welcoming hosts. The great communication continued throughout the stay and at checkout. Convenient location, quiet, and dog friendly as advertised. Very roomy and everything we needed for stay was close at hand. It was a bit pricey for the accomodations but admittedly was priced for a busy college grad weekend so that is understandable.」

「My overall experience of the property was ok. We just had a couple issues, parking spaces for SUV's and trucks were tight in front of the building, foyer entrance to the building needed to be clean along with the carpet. 」

「Rock ‘n’ roll was a perfect fit for our visit to Sandusky. It was convenient to absolutely everything we wanted to do. Downtown was just a short walk away. The amenities were great. It was super clean and the murals were awesome. Mimi was an amazing host. Nex time we’re in Sandusky will be sure to visit rock n roll again.」

「Unit was well stocked with supplies needed. It was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I recommend replacing carpet throughout (flooring other than carpet) as it's well worn and probably hard to keep clean. When we arrived, dryer still had bed linens in it. Dishwasher still had dishes in it. The carpet in the entryway inside the building, hallways and stairs is well worn. Everything was in working order and loved having the washer & dryer.」

「Parking lot was immediately behind the property making access very convenient. The mural on the back of building was very cool. The kitchen was very complete, although we only stayed the one evening, seemed as if there was every detail covered. I was in the Buckeye Room which was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable in the Browns Room, but it was a little on the chilly side. (Not sure if we were working the thermostat correctly during the middle of the night.) Several choices for...

「We stayed at this property to attend graduation ceremonies in Oberlin and loved the space. It’s a very small town but beautiful and I wish we’d had more time to explore. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. My mother and I especially loved the coffee/tea station. Having the travel mugs was perfect for us as we were always on the go! My only sad point is that the antique store wasn’t open during my stay. It looks so cute and well stocked. Thanks for having us!!」

「Air conditioning helped us sleep great despite any outside noise, keeping things quiet inside.」

「Furniture was visibly dirty, could not use the pull out sofa bed due to being unclean. No response from host when we sent questions. Location was fairly good but overall value was not.」

「This was my first attempt at a B&B. Absolutely loved it. Atmosphere and room exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great! I would absolutely stay again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who might be staying in the area!」
