There is a comfortable sofa bed on a square and a half, a single bed and a large wooden round table with chairs where you can eat comfortably in 4 people. The large window door leads to a comfortable balcony creating a pleasant connection with the double room.
-The kitchen is traditional and equipped with fireplaces, oven, fridge\freezer, filter hood, kettle, filter carapace and Lavazza coffee machine with welcome taps. At your disposal also all the service of dishes, pans and pots to cook independently. The kitchen is a separate windowed room with an additional table and 2 chairs available.
-The BEDROOM is spacious and bright, equipped with a cozy double bed with bedrooms that offer practical power outlets and built-in USB lamps for charging your electronic devices. Thanks to a large wardrobe and a spacious drawer you can easily organize and store your clothes. The generous window door opens on the balcony, creating a harmonious connivance with the living area.

There is no shortage of a hairdryer, and every guest will be presented with a set of courtesy, complete with shampoo, bathtub foam and towels guaranteeing a high-quality personal hygiene experience.
