⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again! The location was incredibly convenient, just steps from the Duomo and right in the heart of Milan. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance, and they also helped arrange a very convenient airport drop-off for me. My room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything throughout the hotel felt well maintained and thoughtfully taken care of. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Milan.

Meget besværligt adgangs/nøglesystem,men vi lærte det til sidst. Morgenmad bestod af 1 kop kaffe, 1 juice og 1 croissant, så vi overvejede at skippe frokosten. Værelse og badeværelse var vældig pænt, men den gode beliggenhed toppede alle irritationsmomenter.

I checked in outside of normal business hours and the staff was very helpful chatting with me on Whatsapp. The hotel was in a slightly unusual setting, but the room was very clean and new. A great place to stay for an overnight or short visit. Close to the Duomo but not in a very lit street.

We stayed at AH Duomo Signature and, on arrival, the staff were friendly and approachable. However, our experience became less positive after 4:30pm, as there was no one available at reception. We were given a contact number, but unfortunately it took quite a long time to receive a response when we needed assistance. The accommodation consists of few rooms within a common building, and we found it quite difficult to locate the property as there was very little direction or signage. Clear instructions on how to find the building and access the rooms should have been provided before arrival, as this would have made the check-in process much easier. On the positive side, the accommodation was clean and the location was convenient, being within walking distance of restaurants and many of the main sights. Overall, although the property was clean and well located, the lack of reception staff, slow communication and limited directions made the experience less convenient than expected. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

Very well located, close to the duomo, shopping and metro. It seems a bit doggy once businesses close, with homeless sleeping but I never felt unsafe. The hallway may me pause but once I got into my room it was lovely, well maintained. It is small. The staff were very helpful with instructions to get you in as the front desk is unmanned. My only complain was a green light above the door that I could never find the light switch for. If you like dark, it’s a bit annoying when you’re trying to sleep.

This place was advertised on hotel.com as a hotel. It is a converted probably two bedroom apartments on the third floor of a building that now is a small hallway with four rooms in it there is no reception there is no hotel infrastructure there is no lobby there is no hotel experience. You have to do a cumbersome self check in and you're on your own until you leave. This place should not be advertised as a hotel it is a b&b.

Unusual but Good

This was kind of an unusual hotel. It was part of the third floor of an office building. That being said, our room was great, and the person at the front desk was very helpful. The location was very close to the Galleria and the Cathedral.

One Day in Milan!

Anna is the best! She really is! Very helpful and understanding of a guest needs! Location: although it is well located in relation to Duomo and Cathedral, the actual building and place are a bit hard to find. Arriving late might be an issue for a guest. It is literally a place to sleep and that’s all! So that’s what you need to expect!

If you want the 'Hotel experience' with a 24 open reception, concierge and restaurant. Then this is not the place for you. However if you want a comfortable bed, a great shower, safe location within easy walking distance of the main sights then this is the place for you! Super clean, great facilities in the room, safe, tea and coffee, minibar and tv with Netflix etc on it. I will say finding the place and getting in was not initially obvious. It was only thanks to previous reviews and looking at the street view on google maps that I found it. The door looks like the door to a residential building or office block. You have to look on the list by the door for the AH-Duomo Signature and call them on the intercom to open the main door (after check in you get a fob for the door). Then walk down a corridor, take the lift up to the third floor. Turning left out the lift you find the door to the Hotel. The reception desk is only staffed for a few hours every day but they were really helpful when I spoke to them and they will look after your luggage for you during these hours if you need them to. For me this was the perfect place for exploring the city for a short trip. For a solo female it felt safe and comfortable. Although it did take a minute for me to find the blinds to cover the windows but once I did it was a great black out blind!
