The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed if needed, a bathroom with a window, and an open-concept kitchen.<br><br>It is also suitable for medium- and long-term stays. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. It also features high-speed Wi-Fi.<br><br>The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by lift.<br><br>You enter a small foyer, from which you can go directly into the living room or through a hallway to the bedroom area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and comes with everything you need for cooking. Dishes and utensils are at your disposal, as is everything else you’ll find inside the apartment. You’ll find a dining table that seats 4 people, a large sofa, and a television.<br><br>The master bedroom is spacious, featuring a queen-size bed, a closet, and a chest of drawers. In the living room, you’ll find a sofa that can be converted into a bed.<br><br>The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower.<br><br>A washing machine completes the amenities.<br><br>Upon your arrival, we will hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the instructions and information you need.<br><br>At check-in, you will be asked to present your ID for registration purposes. <br><br>You will be asked to pay a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the City of Milan)<br><br>For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed, and you must have an Italian tax ID number.<br><br>We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in hours, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance, at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m.<br><br>During your stay, we will always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information regarding your stay in Milan.<br><br>Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, you must make arrangements regarding your check-in time.
