Nice welcome at our arrival. We were there early, and we could leave our luggage in our room. Well located, walkable distance from the Du omo cathedral and the fashion district. Easy to find restaurants near by.

Description says a balcony. Well, that suddenly disappeared, as we had windows towards a noisy train station. Safety was very good, though. It was clean, but a dish cloth and a tea towel would have been nice, in order to do the dishes and clean the tables. Location was perfect and would be the reason for us to return.

A lot of extra charges and not a hotel

This was not a hotel, very difficult communication, 3or 4 different people sent me texts, very confusing. Then they charged us half of the room price for check in at 10 pm, because of our plane delay. Plus same amount for taxes. Also, They offered a shuttle from the airport, the lady driver got lost, i borrowed her my iPhone to use my maps and found the hotel. and then charged us same room price in euros. I do Not recommend this place
