Outstanding

There’s nothing bad I can say about this accommodation! I stayed here with my 2 teenagers and it was clean, spacious and modern. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone and would 100% stay here again in future.

Casa da suite Mirabello was a very modern looking room, similar to what is seen in its photos. However, we found stained sheets, a faulty tap & no hot water. Communication with the property owner/manager is not easily accessible. Made it difficult to communicate any issues we were having with our stay.

-None of the phone numbers to contact the place work -Had to e-mail many times before I got a response -Expensive late check in fee -No front desk to talk to -The numbers of what I paid for did not add up -Not accommodating at all -It was a nice room but I do not recommend

Dirty place not giving right apartment. No shampoo or soap, dryer and washer did not work well. Broken lamp, wall scratch writing on wall Rusty Utensils. Dishes not been wash they charge for cleaning but the apartment is dirty when check in

This is not a hotel. I don’t even know what it is. Nobody answer the bell. I got in because someone opened the gate. Someone told me to ring another bell to get the keys. Water heater was not working, everyone had to take a cold shower. We lost power and heat after we removed the key from the door. No instructions that you are not supposed to do that. No one to call for help. A complete disaster!

Complaint Regarding Unclean Room and Poor Service Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the room I booked through your service. Upon arrival, I found the bathroom, living room, and kitchen to be extremely dirty. Additionally, there were ants in the room, and the floors in both the bathroom and living room had clearly not been cleaned. To make matters worse, someone had left a pair of pants in the bathroom, which was truly awful. I reported these issues to the hotel staff, but they did not seem to care about our concerns. Despite my complaints, no action was taken to address the cleanliness of the room. This experience has been very disappointing, and it feels like a waste of money. We did not enjoy our stay at all due to the lack of care and attention from the hotel staff. I am requesting a response and appropriate compensation for this unpleasant experience. It is unacceptable for guests to be treated this way, and I hope that Hotels.com will take this matter seriously. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Als wir kommen, würde uns gesagt das dass Buchung würde nicht Bestätigt. Plötzlich stehen wir mit zwei kleine Kinder 600 km entfernt von Zuhause ohne Unterkunft! Expedia hat uns gar nichts geholfen, Standard Outsourcing Kundendienst! Niemals mehr über Expedia!

Hébergement propre et accessibles et spacieux correspondant aux photos, mais une communication qui est vraiment à revoir !!! On envoie seulement les instructions d'arrivée 24h avant sans avoir de nouvelles... L'ordinateur qui fait des relances de paiements alors que la totalité est déjà payée... J'ai du plusieurs fois appeler expedia pour régler des soucis.... Panne d'électricité durant le séjour, plusieurs appels pour résoudre le souci, aucun retour de l'établissement, nous avons du se débrouiller par nous même en allant dans le local électrique..... vraiment déçu de la communication !!!

Fiquei com a minha família duas noites, éramos em 5! O apartamento é grande e espaçoso, bem equipado e novinho, possui cozinha com alguns utensílios, 1 máquina de lavar roupa, 2 banheiros o que é bom pois economiza tempo para se arrumar! Sobre limpeza, estava bem ok, principalmente banheiros! Ponto negativo: acabou a água quente muito rápido! Na segunda pessoa tomando banho a água ficou gelada! Isso nos deixou bem triste pois a caldeira é pequena e não suporta 5 banhos seguidos, chegamos cansados do passeio e só queríamos aquele banho pra relaxar e não foi possível todos tomarem, demorava um pouco pra caldeira esquentar. Sobre localização o lugar é ótimo, fica realmente bem próximo ao metrô, menos de 10 minutos caminhando.

La cocina no funcionaba, en la ducha se empozaba el agua al bañarse. La ubicación es buena. Solicitamos dos apartamentos porque éramos un grupo de 6 más un niño y nos pusieron en edificios distintos , si bien tenían nuestra reservación hace meses han debido colocarnos lo más cercano posible

Je ne conseille pas

L'appartement est correct. Par contre, les frais de ménage de 55 euros qui ne sont mentionnés nulle part au moment de la réservation et qu'il faut payer sous peine de ne pas avoir la procédure d'entrée me restent en travers. Il vaut mieux vérifier ce que l'on paye si on ne veut pas se retrouver à payer des montants dont on ne sait même pas à quoi cela correspond. Le Wi-Fi ne marchait pas, chose que j'ai tout de suite demandé mais ma demande est restée sans réponse toute la semaine. Par contre, quand j'ai demandé une nuit supplémentaire, la réponse a été rapide, mais à un prix largement supérieur aux 6 nuits précédentes... Obligé d'appeler à l'arrivée car je n'avais aucune consigne pour entrer dans l'appartement. J'ai trouvé la communication très compliquée, les pratiques très limites et je ne conseille pas du tout.

La comunicación es imposible, el checkin es muy largo y si no tienes internet es imposible, el acceso al apartamento es con codigo y la segunda noche el apartamento se quedo sin electricidad y fue imposible entrar, no existe un numero de servicio al cliente y entramos cuando llego el conserje a las 8am. Luego contactamos con la señora de la limpieza y nos dijo que fue culpa nuestra que se fue la electricidad, nos le aconsejó para nada este sitio.

El acceso tuvimos contratiempo, la comunicación previa al arribo debe mejorar mucho . A 6 min caminando hay una estación de metro . Ya dentro de la propiedad es muy bonita y como se reflejan en las fotos . .
