The location was excellent, right next to the station, and the interior was recently renovated, clean, and nice. I stayed here twice, but the second check-in was very difficult because I didn't receive the check-in link. Communication via WhatsApp was not smooth, and I only managed to get the message across with the help of a local. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was broken. It took four hours to get it 'repaired,' and even then, it still didn't cool the room properly.

Check in process wasn’t bad. The room was just enough for what we needed. The a/c is not the best. The real problem was when we got locked out of our room and we called for someone to fix the lock, initially, someone came out to check the lock, he established it was inoperable, said he’d be back to fix it the next day and never showed up. We left out for an excursion in the morning and upon returning the lock was still not working. We were told we can leave out for the rest of the day but if we wanted to get back in the room we had to be back by 12am. And that maintenance would be there by 10am. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. We kept calling and texting, someone finally got back to us and said maintenance would be there in 20 mins. Again no show. We called back only for them to tell us it would be until that evening. At that point my sister and I had absolutely 0% trust or confidence in Easy Life so we left. Oh I forgot the offered us another room with 1 twin size bed. I STRONGLY DONOT RECOMMEND EASY LIFE.

Ótima localização. O ônibus express do aeroporto para na frente do prédio.
