- BATHROOM I (accessible by a step and inside Bedroom I) with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM II (accessible by a step) with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and dressing room with washing machine.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows: * after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.
