Basic but well located
Spacious apartment and perfectly located, but much about it was fairly basic. No personal welcome, no food supplies apart from tea and coffee, mould stains in the bathroom, absolutely no appliance manuals (which was really annoying), the heating left a bit to be desired and the quilt bedding in the double bedroom was thin and inadequate.

This was our first time staying in Milan. It is located in the heart of Milan in fact right outside the Christmas market and Duomo. The property is VERY responsive; they met us our first night to walk us into the apartment and helped us with tour ideas throughout. The building was guarded with a code and occasionally a bell person, which made us feel very secure. The cookies they left at the kitchen were amazing. We had three separate sleeping areas, all pre-arranged for us with clean sheets and pillows. It was very comfortable inside the apartment. The bathroom was a bit small and the towel dryer was above the bidet which is somewhat off-putting. The shower was luxurious and had a good stream of "rainfall". It was very nice to have a washing machine during our trip with children, so that we could do laundry. Overall, a very clean, safe, and convenient stay.

We enjoyed our stay while in Milan. The location is great as many of the major sites and local transport are within a 10 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was nice having space to spread out. The commission notation from the staff was excellent. The one down side was that it can be noisy at night. The local trams run outside the apartment. But ear plugs are provided. And if you’re accustomed to traffic noise it shouldn’t be a problem. Overall, it’s a really nice place to stay.
