Walking distance to Duomo and The Galleria and choices for dining. Automatic laundromat is located about 10 minutes from the hotel. Diego at check in was very helpful and answered all our questions. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. They are also clean. The location is convenient and within walking distance to the center. The staff was very helpful; we asked for a parking spot reservation prior to our very late arrival, and they provided us with a spot right next to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff is amazing! Front desk staff ordered our taxi for the return flight out which was early, 5 a.m., and because we were leaving before the breakfast opened, the kitchen packed us each a breakfast to go bag. How thoughtful is that! Our room was large and comfortable. It was easy walking distance to the cathedral area. The morning breakfast selection was wonderful with so many food options. We would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The hotel amenities were great, including the breakfast. It was a short walk to the historic centre, close to grocery stores and within minutes of bus stops. The staff was very helpful with tips and information about how to get to the different areas of the city we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again.

USB ports on each side of the bed, telephone, bench to put suitcase, robe by request, can open window, Night Lights on the side of each bed, bidet, oversized washcloths, need 1 additional key card outside of the people in the room so you can leave one in the holder to let your electronics charge while away.
