L’accueille très chaleureusement. Surclassement très apprécié par contre le chauffage ne fonctionne pas et le pomme de douche ne marche pas ( elle ne tient plus ) Pour tout le reste tout était bien. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner car nous sommes véganes et il n’y avait pas d’option dans le petit déjeuner.

El lugar se encuentra en malas condiciones, para el precio que tiene. No puedo destacar nada bueno del lugar, desde el inicio fue una mala experiencia, el personal no fue nada cordial. Luego para subir a las habitaciones el elevador es sumamente pequeño y el ingreso al elevador es 0 accesible, incluso se encuentra en una salida de emergencia. Las habitaciones se encuentran en mal estado: - Los apagadores y tomacorrientes quebrados, estaban salidos de la pared y algunos ni servirán, nunca supimos que encendían -Habían luces que no servían - El aire acondicionado solo servia para hacer ruido -La cama no era cómoda, los muebles son viejos y nada funcionales. - Los espacios de las habitaciones son un cubículo no hay mucho espacio, para dos personas es complicado el movimiento -Pedí 3 habitaciones, todas las duchas eran demasiado pequeñas pero demasiado pequeñas, serán como de 80cm x 80cm super incomodo bañarse, una de las duchas de las habitaciones el agua no salia por la cabeza de la ducha si no que por el tubo, la cabeza de la ducha estaba rota. es complicado ingresar a las duchas porque el ingreso a la ducha es en esquina, entonces no hay espacio. -La taza del inodoro se ve fea vieja y descuidada, igual que los indoloros los apagadores del baño en una de las habitaciones no funcionaba Cada vez que se sale del hotel hay que dejar la llave de la habitación, honestamente todo el hotel me genero desconfianza y 0 comodidad hasta había paredes sucias en la habitación.

Where do I start….email was sent weeks prior to stay but never received a reply!! The property itself was conveniently near the main station and that was it!! I’ve been to many visits around the world and never experienced a NO kettle property nor any complimentary tea and coffee in room!! The bathroom was big enough but the shower was so square and small that I couldn’t wash my hair!! The shower plastic door wasn’t closing properly so the water kept splashing onto the outer floor making it unsafe to walk on!! Basically everything was falling apart, the toilet cistern wasn’t flushing properly and when it does its trickle with water all night!! Our neighbour kept on making banging noise or things was dropped on the floor. It was noisy!! Keys had to be handed over back to the desk, so be careful if you are purchasing really expensive items like Louis Vuitton etc.. make sure you lock it up inside your suitcase!!! Rant over and good luck if you are staying there!!

So I chose this hotel as it was close to the station. I guess that is all that is good with the hotel. The room was dated with some broken shades for the window. The window slides did not open. The staff was mostly looking at their phones during breakfast service. The breakfast had no real orange juice just some substitution and in general the cheapest products and pre packaged goods. There are way better three star hotels for the price in Milan!

Old school vibe

The older lady who checked us in was super friendly. The hotel gives you an old school vibe with a key lock and small elevator. Very clean and the air conditioner worked!
