Ok walking distance from Milano Centrale, metro stop Lima as well. Friendly family. No A/C working, a pity because the room was hot. Traffic and other noise outside meant that the window had to be closed. Comfortable bed, tiny, but ok bathroom. No elevator. The only thing that was really bad: the persons in the room next to mine were talking loudly long into the night. Why cannot people behave? But the hotel itself is not to be blamed for this, so I would recommend it if you are not wanting luxury.

When we arrived at the hotel we found out that our room was not in the hotel but in a residential building a few hundred meters away which they called dependance They gave us three keys to enter the building and to get to the room which it was not easy to find and it was hard to open The apartment had many small rooms and it was not welcoming at all The room was horrible It looked like an old Italian hospital room for geriatric old people It was dirty and smelly and the bed was super hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were cheap and the comforter was thin and ugly There was an extra blanket in the cheap armoire but it was dirty and dusty so we didn’t use it The room was super loud as every time a guest would enter the apartment it would had to open two loud doors and to make things worse when they took a shower or flash the toilet you could hear it very loud We didn’t sleep at all Horrible experience When I checked out I try to share our experience with the young man and the grind desk and it look irritated by my comments To make this experience even more horrible I asked him to store two small little bags and when I came back they wanted to charge us 5 euros I traveled all over the world and this place is probably one of the worst Stay away from this place It’s an awful

La peggiore esperienza della mia vita con un hotel

è stata la peggiore esperienza della mia vita. era molto tardi ed ero stanca. per un mio errore sicuramente non avevo letto che dovevo andare non li ma in un'altra struttura sempre loro ma distaccata e avrei avuto bagno in comune. al mio chiedere se era ben frequentato e se era tranquillo, non avendo mai dormito con bagni in comune, si sono offesi e mi hanno mandato via malamente nonostante tutto fosse già pagato. il ragazzo continuava a offendermi e dirmi che non avevano bisogno dei miei soldi e che li avevo offesi io ecc. magari ero stanca e avrò sbagliato tono ma non si fa cosi. mai visto tanta cattiveria in un hotel. non mi ha voluto dare ricevuta di storno soldi e niente. non volevo discutere e me ne sono andata ma non si lascia a quell'ora una ragazza fuori da un hotel già pagato. il giorno dopo alla richiesta tramite hotels.com di storno soldi (avendo poi dovuto pagare altro hotel) dicevano che ero andata via io di mia spontanea volontà e invece no!!in ogni caso mi hanno fatto un favore in quanto ho trovato struttura eccez a pochi passi e allo stessp prezzo. mai piu!!!!!

Ho prenotato camera singola senza bagno presso la depandance, nuova struttura dell’albergo. Il tutto é risultato molto pulito, tranquillo e ben arredato. Pulizia anche nei due bagni sul piano a servizio delle due stanze senza bagno ( tutte le altre lo avevano ). Buona la colazione continentale. Personale cortesissimo: insomma sono rimasto veramente molto contento.

Nice hotel but we have to transfer from the main building to the other. And have to go back to the main building to eat breakfast. Not so convenient if you carry heavy luggage. The staff are friendly. I did not expect that we will have shared bathroom. So please review your booking information before you book. Wouldn't mind to stay again but I will choose the main building next time. Breakfast is good with cold cuts, bread, jams, juices, egg, cheese, fruits, coffee.

Waren in der Dependance des Hotel, einer grossen Wohnung unweit des Haupthauses. Soweit alles tipptopp, nur eine direkte Verbindung (Gehensprechanlage) mit dem Haupthaus ist nicht vorhanden. Für die Gepäckaufbewahrung 2h nach Check out wird eine Gebühr erhoben.

Sehr gute Lage : sowohl der Hauptbahnhof als auch die Stadtmitte sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Nicht gefallen hat mir das triste, ein wenig unheimliche Annex;, dass man zum Frühstück ins eigentliche Hotel gehen musste, wo nicht einmal eine Toilette zur Verfügung steht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis scheint mir nicht ganz im Gleichgewicht, aber Mailand ist wohl allgemein sehr teuer.

A hotel which is very close to the Milano Centrale

This hotel is so convenient to arrive from the Milan Central Railway Station. The room is clean, and has comfortable beds. But, I think the space of the room is a little narrow.
