So bad experience, the air conditioner in living room not working as well and no iron and iron board as mention it in the app ,and there so insects in the flat

I’ve never seen so many cockroaches in my life! There were cockroaches on my face I couldn’t sleep. It’s in the lower ground floor that’s why. There wasn’t enough tissue provided. Getting the key: instructions needs to be updated. It’s a pretty flat but not worth it.

À fuir absolument – logement insalubre, pratiques malhonnêtes. Le logement était infesté de cafards : ils tombaient des portes, envahissaient la cuisine, la salle de bain et même les lits. Nous avons retrouvé des cafards vivants sur nos enfants en pleine nuit. C’était tout simplement écœurant. Le logement est dans un état indigne d'une location professionnelle. À cela s’ajoutent des pratiques abusives : – Aucun avertissement sur le fait que le logement est situé en zone ZTL (zone à trafic limité), ce qui complique l’accès et peut entraîner des amendes. – Une tâche accidentelle sur la housse du matelas, causée par un de nos enfants. Nous nous en sommes excusés immédiatement. – Alors qu'une somme largement suffisante était déjà facturée pour le ménage, ils ont procédé à un prélèvement totalement abusif et non autorisé d'une somme d' un montant très élevé sur mon compte, sans aucun avertissement ni justificatif. Depuis, l’hôte ne répond plus à aucun message. Silence total. Une expérience honteuse, malhonnête et traumatisante. À éviter à tout prix.
