El alojamiento está genial, de 10, en una zona muy buena y a 1 minuto y medio de la parada de metro TURATI (Línea amarilla) que te deja en el DUOMO en 2 paradas. La comunicación con el propietario/agencia al principio regular. Tuvimos que reclamar la info del check in varias veces ya que la info no llegó ni al email ni al WhatsApp los días previos al viaje como nos dijeron. Eso nos creó nervios y desconfianza, bastante lógico a 1 día de empezar tu viaje. Tema totalmente evitable si se cumplen los plazos como te dicen. Evitando estrés y pérdidas de tiempo y hablar con WhatsApp con gente diferente... Nos extrañó la recogida de la llave, escondida... pero las instrucciones fueron muy claras y muy buenas vía vídeo por whatsApp.
