If you want to experience Milan staying in a nice apartment just 5 minutes by metro from the Duomo and the main points of interest, this is the house for you.

It is located in an elegant building, in the San Babila area. It is easily accessible by public transport coming from the central station and airports, and the San Babila metro stop is 300 m away.

The welcoming modern, clean and refined design will make you feel at home after a long day of discovering Milan. The apartment is perfect for couples or families and can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, it is located on the first floor and consists of a living room with a sofa that can become a double bed if necessary, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all appliances, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment is equipped with wifi access, hair dryer, TV, iron, air conditioning and heating.

Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19, every day. Later ones are only possible by prior arrangement and with an extra payment. Arrivals after 11 p.m. are not allowed. Check-out, on the other hand, is at 10:00 a.m.

Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 6.30€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered to guarantee the damage.

The published price includes the commissions that are charged to the resident.
