Booked last minute and did not disappoint. Right in the heart of Milan with the Piazza del Duomo at your doorstep-fantastic room, modern, clean, has everything you need. The bed was super comfy too!

Hotel was difficult to find with gate closed on sunday and no namesign of the hotel at front, only at doorbell. Please mention at website or with WhatsApp it is at 3th floor. Location of hotel is formidable.

Location very convenient. Though next to main road but being building facing side road shield noise. Only problem is slightly difficult to find as it’s inside a commercial building. Ideal landmark is next to pizza joint which serve good pizza by the slice. Staff are very friendly n he,Paul. So is the owner himself who guided us taking AirPort Express to Malpensa airport saved us Euro95 if travel by taxi.

Paying for Location, Not Convenience

The location was excellent & the bed & pillows were very comfortable & staff were friendly when we saw them. The issue is that you must call ahead of time to first access the building (the doorbell doesn't seem to work & this means a stop at a phone store to buy a SIM card before arriving). Nobody told us how to exit the building (there is a button next to the elevator or you can use your key). They graciously let us keep our luggage while we waited for our departure & explore the city (albeit in a closet which was not secure & often times nobody is at the front desk watching) but nobody was there to answer our calls or doorbell when we returned to retrieve it, so we had to wait for another resident to let us in.

Good location, clean, but payment and finding hard

The entrance to the hotel is confusing and hard to find. The hotel should send information beforehand to give details like floor etc. The location is excellent and the room is clean though. However, the hotel payment was taken TWICE for the same stay/night and I am struggling to be reimbursed. I have called the hotel and they confirmed this double payment and they were going to send an email confirmation for the refund, but they still have not done so. I am still chasing… Make sure you check your bank statements to ensure you have only been debited once.

Don't espect other than a room, nothing else than a rooms for me this is not a hotel more as a motel even deficult to locate hotel for first arrival entry. Rooms as you saw in the photos location is very good but hotel in a building that shared in the third floor it's like an apartment divided to rooms.

Convenient but noisy

Staff was helpful and accommodating. Entrance is difficult to find. You must go to the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Location is convenient, but noise from subway and surface trams is constant

The room was tiny. Not enough space to put our luggage. There was literally no on at the desk for most of the time. Found a drunk guy passed out outside the lobby and had to step over him to get out. Bathroom dud not have soap in the shower

Céntrico y cómodo

Muy bonitonhoteo súper céntrico nos encantó una lástima que no sean considerados reservamos por 2 noches pero por una huelga de trenes no pudimos llegar hablamos para ver si nos podían apoyar con mover la reserva y no quisieron nos ofrecieron pagar una noche extra pero más cara de lo que nos costo reservar en un inicio pero bueno nimodo el hotel está cómodo

Sehr unseriös- , unprofessionell und hält Reservierungen nicht ein: Ich habe vor einigen Monaten via Expedia ein Zimmer im Sheva Boutique Hotel in Mailand reserviert und damals den Frühbucherrabatt genutzt für 4 Nächte im Mai 2024. 580€ für 4 Nächte war ein fairer Preis. Die Reservierung wurde bestätigt und bezahlt, ohne Möglichkeit zur Stornierung beiderseits. Dann erhielt ich eine Nachricht vom Sheva B. Hotel mit der Aussage, das wegen „Renovierungen“ ich die Reise canceln muss. Daraufhin schaute ich auf online Hotelplattformen und sah, dass das Sheva Boutique Hotel überall für diesen Zeitraum angeboten wurde ohne Hinweise für eine Renovierung. Man konnte alles unverändert buchen, ABER für einen gehobenen Preis von über 1300€ für den gleichen Zeitraum. Ich rief telefonisch im Sheva Hotel an und in der Rezeption meinte die nette Dame, dass für dieses Jahr keine Renovierungen anstehen. Expedia informierte mich darüber, das das Hotel meine gebuchte, bestätigte und bezahlte Reservierung nicht wahrnehmen wird und ich canceln sollte, obwohl zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch 6 Zimmer frei sind (?!). Somit zeigt sich, das das Hotel sehr unseriös ist und alles unternimmt, sogar formal illegale Absagen von verbindlichen Reservierungen, was ein komplettes nogo ist. Ich rate deshalb von Buchungen dringend ab.
