Efectivamente son "rooms" habitaciones - no hay nada más aparte que una pequeña mesa de recepción - la mayoria del tiempo desatendida. La habitación limpia pero bastante pequeña - no habia ni un pequeño escritorio para poner el portatil.... Las vistas de la habitación - una pequeño "patio" (más bien hueco del edificio) sucio y con grandes maquinas de aire (o algo) que emitian un zumbido toda la noche... Bien ubicado, pero no volveré

Clean room, shower was a little tricky to adjust the hot/cold water. Central location. Glad the front desk met us to check in because it would have been difficult without her. To get in after hours must use your phone so that may be tricky for some but overall a good stay

Hotel is minimal human interaction setup. So you get a web link to open doors, limited front desk presence, etc. But as far as it goes, it’s well implemented. State of hotel is pretty basic, essentially it’s rooms in a beautiful old building bundled together, not really a hotel as such. The location is amazing, safe, loads of eating options, and well communicated for exploring the central part of the city. Also close to two underground stops, so ideal for getting to airports or other parts of the city.

Do not stay here! Lots of issues. More of a guesthouse, this is not a real hotel. Nice room photos but it stops there. No signage outside with no key for door other than wifi-passcode...another guest outside crying when we came back from late dinner as she had no signal. This guesthouse shares with offices in same building, dirty with mold in bathroom, water not draining in shower, not secure with easy access by public, bag storage in open hallway. Staffed only from 10AM-6PM (Cristina working desk was lovely and affirmed hotel has issues). EX: No hot water during our stay...AC not functioning, etc Hotel left us out of our last night reservation and promised reimbursement/refund. We have yet to receive refund. We are avid European travelers and i used to live in Europe...worst experience I've had for the money by far.

This property needs A LOT of help. There is no signage outside of the building to understand where the hotel even is. You go through a nondescript door and take the stairs to the 2nd floor where there is a regular single door with a small sign of the hotel hanging from the door. Totally odd. They only have one person working the front desk from 10AM-6PM. Highly inconvenient hours for the guests. We also had a cold shower. No hot water when we stayed there. The hotel is in a partially active building with other businesses in the same building. The other portion of the building is rundown and not active. It did not make us feel safe staying here. There is no key given to open up the front gate after 6PM. You must put an app on your phone in order to open up the gate of this door. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Depending on whether their WiFi is working for your phone to be connected and use the app. The most ridiculous thing we've ever experienced at a hotel. We asked to get out of our stay a day/night earlier with refund. The manager did honor this, although we still have not received our money back. So we are now looking into that. Highly disorganized hotel. Would not recommend.

受付が分かりにくい（電話をかけて確認しました）。スタッフが常時いないようなので、私は問題ありませんでしたが、不便な状況も起こり得るかも。ロケーションは、スフォルツェスコ城の目の前ですし、ダンテ通りもすぐ、また、空港の電車（マルペンサエクスプレス）のあるカドルナ駅からそう遠くなく便利です。部屋は清潔でしたが、私の部屋はデスクがなかったので不便に感じる人もいるかも。
