It also has independent heating, air conditioning for the warmer months, fast and unlimited wifi, a smart-TV and private indoor parking.
The apartment is very comfortable and is located in a modern building with a lift and in a well served area.
Opposite there is a supermarket open every day.
You can leave your car in your private underground parking and forget it for the whole stay! Enjoy Milan and / or the Fair without traffic problems and parking costs.
In fact, 200 meters from the residence there is a bus stop that stops directly in Milan Rho Fiera, where there is the train and metro stop and one of the entrances to the fair.
In the city of Rho there is a tourist tax to be paid, that is € 2.00 per person per day for a maximum of 5 nights. Minors are exempt.
