Hard to find (its on Level 1 so you have to go up the stairs and at first it seems like you're in the wrong place), but great for the budget and very walkable.

While the property was close to all the shopping, restaurants, and the Metro the actual boutique was hard to find. One we did locate the property unannounced to us we needed to buzz the intercom outside of the building which in turn no one answered. The saving grace was we were able to communicate via what’s app and they were gracious and apologized for the convenience. The room, tidy, simplistic, felt clean. The air conditioning was a wall unit, we cranked it as cool as it would allow, but it unfortunately did not cool the room down. One other disappointment was the airport shuttle. I’m not certain it exists. I asked to set up the service for our departure and was told there would be a flat rate of 114 euros and was recommended a taxi. We opted for the taxi and turned out to be 128 euros. Not certain if the suggestion was uneducated or just a way to cover up not actually having a shuttle service??

Der var generelt flere ting der var under middel: -I bookingen stod der queensize-bed, hviklet ikke var tilfældet -Meget lidt lydisoleret værelse som gjorde at man kunne høre alt på gangen og på gaden. Vågnede mange gange om natten. -Tog kørte forbi ude på gaden hvert 10. min. og gjorde at det rystede på værelset -Mug/skimmel i busenichen på badeværelset Belligenheden og aircondition var det der reddede oplevelsen.

We had just come from a $700 a night hotel with an uncomfortable bed and terrible air conditioning. We spent our last night in Italy in transit back home at the Víctor boutique hotel and it was a pleasant surprise. One block from the duomo and dining. Air conditioning was amazing. Bed super comfy and the room was immaculately clean. Shower pressure was notable. Check in woman was very nice

Not really worth the money , the room was average at best , there was a kettle and coffee/ tea but no sugar or milk , for the price I'd expect at least milk , sockets commingbout the wall and bedside shelf hanging off , terrible smell from bathroom and the sinke blocked , having said that the location was excellent, 2 mins from Duomo cathedral and lots of shops bars and restaurants, , I would definitely not stay again
